Shuttles will be available to transport guests from both hotels to the ceremony. Please be near the hotel entrance and ready to board at your pickup time.

3:00 PM — First Hotel Pickup

We kindly ask that guests plan to take the 3:00 PM shuttle. The later shuttle is intended for guests who are unable to fit on the first shuttle or experience an unexpected delay.

3:20 PM — First Ceremony Drop-Off

3:40 PM — Second Hotel Pickup

4:00 PM — Second Ceremony Drop-Off

Return shuttle service will be available throughout the celebration to bring you back to your hotel.

If you are driving to the wedding, please enter through the east entrance off Deer Creek Road. Signs will be posted to direct you to the correct entrance.

Once you arrive, the Sheriff’s Department will assist with parking. Please follow their directions so we can accommodate everyone’s vehicles.

After parking, please remain in or near the parking area. A shuttle will come through the parking lot to transport guests to the ceremony location.

If you prefer to walk, signs will also direct you from the parking area to the ceremony. The walk is approximately 5–10 minutes.

Please do not drive from the parking area to the ceremony location.

We recommend using the restroom before departing your hotel or arriving at the venue. Restrooms will be available, but they are located farther away from the parking area and you may miss the shuttle pickup if you need to use them upon arrival.

There is also a bathroom available for use on the shuttle. Please arrive prepared so you can board the shuttle when it comes through the parking area.
